SANTA ANA, Calif. – The City of Santa Ana is proud to announce an expanded relationship with the Anaheim Ducks through a City of Santa Ana Ducks Night special event during the Ducks’ upcoming game on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 5 p.m. against the St. Louis Blues.
Discounted tickets are now available for Santa Ana residents to purchase.
The City of Santa Ana Ducks Night game will kick off a month of celebrations with the Ducks and the City of Santa Ana Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Agency (PRCSA). Later in the month on April 20, the Ducks will be joining PRCSA during the first ever city-wide volunteer service day event, Me Encanta Santa Ana (I Love Santa Ana), celebrating Earth and Arbor Day at Jerome Park, 2115 W. McFadden Ave., Santa Ana. Volunteers will have the opportunity to volunteer alongside City staff and the Ducks Street Team, and end the day with an exciting concert and resource fair. The Anaheim Ducks have been a long-time supporter of PRCSA’s events and programs. The City of Santa Ana cherishes its dynamic partnership with the Anaheim Ducks, marked by a variety of past collaborative events such as the Winter Village and the Tết Lunar New Year Festival, which focused on putting our community and its culture at the forefront. Education has also been a vital aspect of this partnership, with the Ducks’ active involvement with students across Santa Ana, underscoring a shared dedication to their growth and education.
2024 will bring further collaboration through specialty community events and activations. Along with the Me Encanta Santa Ana event, residents can also look forward to engaging with the Ducks at the City of Santa Ana’s Fiestas Patrias and Día de los Muertos: Magic of the Altars celebrations later this year.
The collaboration between the City of Santa Ana and the Ducks will create new and meaningful opportunities for Santa Ana residents and fans. This partnership extends well beyond the realm of sports, illustrating the Ducks’ deep commitment to the fabric and forward progress of Santa Ana, and by enhancing events as occasions to come together and cultivate local pride.
