  1. Always in the bad parts of Santa Ana. Why is there so much crime where the Hispanic population is the highest in the county? That is NOT a racist statement, I am not trying to start up a racist argument, I am simply asking the question. The app I have on my iphone is how I watch what is going on. The reports show the areas/cross streets where crimes are predominantly committed, and the names of the criminals arrested are 98% Hispanic. People that live outside of Santa Ana tend to focus only on the crime that happens therefor they make blanket statements about the city. I’ve lived in Mission Viejo, Irvine, Laguna Beach, I own a home in Laguna Beach, Santa Ana, and I own my home in Santa Ana. I wish this city could get rid of the reputation but the reputation is continuously held to be true by the damn crime.
