Yesterday, February 9, 2025, at 6:15 p.m., police officers were dispatched to a gas station in the area of Valley View and Lampson regarding a robbery that just occurred, according to the Garden Grove Police Department.
A lone suspect entered the business with a handgun and demanded money. In the middle of the robbery a witness entered the location, grabbed what he needed, and headed to checkout at which time the suspect was exiting the business.
The Good Samaritan placed his things on the counter, called the police, and gave updates of the suspect’s whereabouts until the GGPD officers could arrest him.
