A very large man walked out of an Irvine Target with a cart full of items he didn't pay for

The Irvine Police Department needs your help finding a man who walked out of the Target store on Barranca with a grocery cart full of items that he did not pay for.

The rather large black man was wearing a white sandal and a black and red shoe as well as red shorts and a black t-shirt as well as a black head covering.

If you can help us, please email mricci@cityofirvine.org.
