Coral Springs Police arrested an 18-year-old student of Taravella High School, Florida, in connection with the social media posts that were circulating in Southern California and Florida referencing a school shooting. The suspect was arrested on May 5.

Petit sent the threat out fraudulently using another student’s name and computer access, according to the Coral Springs Police’s Twitter page.

There is an Orange County in Florida too. Perhaps the suspect was confused? He is in a world of hurt now as he will probably be charged as an adult and Florida courts are not at as lenient as the courts in California.
