On 11/21/23, a male suspect entered an EcoTown thrift store in Fountain Valley and attempted to remove a security device from a Roark jacket. When confronted by an employee, the suspect put the jacket on, then fled the store without paying.
The suspect is described as a White male, approximately 40-50 years old, bald, wearing black sunglasses, a black jacket, bright orange shorts, and black Nike shoes.
