The SAPD is searching for a teenager who has been missing since 2/13

Missing Person Rubi Navarro was last seen at her residence on 02/13/2020 at approximately 7 AM. Navarro has mentioned to friends that she had been planning on running away from home for months. According to friends, Navarro recently met an unknown adult male Hispanic possibly from Downtown Los Angeles area. Navarro has run away in the past and her cell phone is currently turned off.

Description: Female, Hispanic, 5’01”, 100 lbs., Red Hair, Brown
