On 07/30/2023, at approximately 4:50 PM, a victim parked his vehicle at the 2100 block of N. Lewis Street with the keys inside the ignition and the engine running.

The suspect walked north on the east sidewalk of Lewis Street and began casing the area. The suspect then entered the vehicle and drove northbound on Lewis Street.

The victim’s vehicle was recovered by CHP on 08/09/2023, however the wanted suspect is still outstanding.
