The Santa Ana Police (SAPD) were able to identify two hit and run suspects who hit a parked car at a Target store, thanks to tips from the community.
The SAPD did not note the names of the suspects and we do not know if they have been arrested yet.
The SAPD does not make their arrest log public so we may never know their identities.
