The SAPD accounced that they have arrested Alexander Michael Curtis, a 33-year-old who was accused of sexually assaulting an intoxicated female. He was identified by the victim and arrested at that time, in September of 2021.
Detectives later located an additional victim who Curtis sexually assaulted under similar circumstances, but until now Curtis was still a fugitive.
Curtis is white with dark hair worn emo-style and facial hair.
