Public Safety Agencies Showcase Communications Equipment & Mobile Command Vehicles

WHAT: The California Statewide Interoperability Executive Committee will be hosting an exercise in Orange County, with Los Angeles, Riverside/San Bernardino, and San Diego counties also participating. The purpose of this exercise, called the Multi Agency Regional Radio Interoperability Training Exercise, is to test the interoperable capability of radio communications equipment inside mobile command post vehicles. It will also provide a venue for first responders and emergency management employees to view the resources available in Orange County.

WHEN: Tuesday, November 18, 2014
Time: 9:00 AM – Noon
(Media Preview: 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon)

WHERE: Orange County Public Works Collins Yard Facility at 2120 W. Collins Ave, Orange 92867

WHO: Multiple Public Safety and Government agencies are participating and will have their mobile command post vehicles on site.

  1. This is a BAD idea. Now all of Roman’s “Homie’s” will be tuned into the frequencies and be able to send “spotter” out to warn them.
