Santa Ana street closures and permitted events for October 31 to November 6

This weekend, Nov. 1-3, there will be major street closures in Downtown Santa Ana for several events. Below are the locations of these and other upcoming permitted events and road closures so you can plan accordingly. Please drive slowly and safely in construction zones and around crowded events. If a weather event occurs on the anticipated start date, the street closures for construction activity will be delayed until the weather clears.

Through October 31

Through November 1

  • One traffic lane on Dyer Road under the SR-55, closure of northbound SR-55 on and off ramps and northbound SR-55 on MacArthur Blvd off-ramp
    • 9 p.m.- 5 a.m. each day

Friday, November 1 

  • Street closure on Bush Street between Third and Fifth streets 
    • Blading Cup; Event Hours: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

Saturday, November 2

  • Centennial Park
    • Beer City Half Marathon; Event Hours: 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Street closure on Bush Street between Third and Fifth streets 
    • Blading Cup; Event Hours: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
  • Street closure on Fourth Street between Ross and French streets and street closure on Ross Street between Santa Ana Blvd. and Third Street
    • Día de los Muertos events (Noche de Altares, Viva La Vida and Cultura Morelense); closures Friday, Saturday, Sunday at various times (see map)
  • 2nd Street Promenade, Plaza Calle Cuatro, closure on French Street between Fourth and Fifth streets, and alley closure on Main and Third streets
    • DTSA Art Walk; Event Hours: 5-10 p.m.

Monday, November 4 through November 11

  • Street closure on Sycamore Street between Fourth and Third streets for OC Streetcar construction 
    • 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day

Tuesday, November 5 through November 12 

  • One traffic lane only eastbound on First Street between Flower and Parton streets for construction 
    • 24 hours a day

Wednesday, November 6 through November 7 

  • One traffic lane north and southbound on Bristol street between Alton and Segerstrom Avenue and no parking in the area for paving
    • 7 a.m.-4 p.m.

Through November 15
