Ricardo Antunez Villalba, a 29-year-old man, is facing a murder charge with a sentencing enhancement for the personal use of a deadly weapon, after he allegedly beat his roommate to death with a metal pole, at their Santa Ana residence.
Villalba and his former roommate, Erik Quebrado, a 21-year-old, were drinking alcoholic beverages when they got into an argument at 2:50 in the morning, at their residence at the 800 block of South Townsend St. Villalba then allegedly picked up a metal pipe and used it to kill Quebrado.
Villalba was charged on Tuesday, Dec. 14, and his arraignment was rescheduled for Jan. 5 in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana.
They better remove all the metal pipes from the jailhouse before they put him in there!
