A group of half-a-dozen losers were arrested today in Garden Grove after police officers spotted a vehicle that matched the description of a vehicle connected to a tagging incident on Saturday afternoon, at 3:50 p.m., at the Staples Store on Harbor Blvd., according to the O.C. Register.

The suspects turned out to be wanted in connection with a series of robberies in Santa Ana and in Garden Grove.

The suspects were pulled over and arrested at the 13000 block of Roan Road, in Garden Grove. The suspects included five adults and a juvenile.

The Garden Grove police reported that “One of the suspects immediately came out of the vehicle and began screaming at officers, and a felony car stop was conducted. Officers were attempting to have the suspects step out of the vehicle. Two of the suspects kept being verbally confrontational.”

The police were able to place the suspects under arrest with no incidents.

The police suspect that the suspects committed at least five robberies in Santa Ana and in Garden Grove – and perhaps other robberies that may not have been reported.

The suspects also appear to be gang members.

Police investigators found a bicycle, that may have been taken in one of the Garden Grove robberies, in the suspects’ car. They also found an Airsoft pistol with the tip removed, that may have been used in at least one of the robberies.

The suspects were booked into Orange County Jail and Juvenile Hall. Names are being withheld as the investigation is continuing, police said.

If you know anything about the suspects or might be a robbery victim please call the police at (714) 741-5704.
