At about 11:11 a.m., witnesses observed two males standing in the street at 1200 N. Ross Street and a verbal argument ensued. One of the subjects pulled out a gun and fired a round. Both subjects fled on foot immediately.
Willard Intermediate was put on lock-down.
It is not known if anyone was injured.
