Last March, a female reported to police that she was inappropriately touched by a Boys & Girls Club counselor, who was later identified as Elijah Domminic Barrera, 29 years-old, of Fullerton, according to the Garden Grove Police Department.
The unreported incident occurred in August 2014, when victim was 7-8 years-old. During the investigation, Detectives also located a second victim.
Police detectives arrested Barrera on April 19, 2024. He was later booked into Orange County Jail on two counts of Lewd and Lascivious acts with a Child.
