On Tuesday, November 11, 2014, the Orange County Employees Association (OCEA) sponsored a Veterans Day community celebration at the OC Fair & Event Center called “Veterans + Labor – Partners in Service”. The event featured live music, entertainment, free food, games for kids and much more.

A few highlights included:

• Swing Cats Big Band & Dancers
• Costa Mesa Jazz Band
• Motorcycle run
• A Bob Seger Tribute Band
• New Buffalo Soldiers
• 82nd Airborne Living History Association
• Unveiling of the new Korean War Stamp
• Korean War Medal of Honor recipients
• Speeches by local politicians
• A performance by Shelea
