Two north O.C. armed robbery suspects arrested after a police pursuit that ended in L.A. County

At approximately 3:51 AM, police officers responded to the 1200 block of E Chapman Ave. regarding an armed robbery that just occurred, according to the Fullerton Police Department.

Four male suspects entered the business armed with a gun. The suspects stole clothing, cash, and miscellaneous items.

The suspects fled the area before the police officers arrived.

A Fullerton police officer located a possible suspect vehicle near Magnolia and the 91 freeway and attempted to stop it.

The suspect vehicle fled, and officers initiated a pursuit. A pursuit intervention technique, commonly referred to as a PIT maneuver, was used to disable the vehicle near the 710 Fwy and 405 Fwy.

Four suspects fled from the vehicle on foot. Officers located two male juvenile suspects, and they were taken into custody.

During the pursuit, the suspects threw items out a vehicle window. The CA Highway Patrol located a firearm that had been thrown out onto the freeway.

The investigation is ongoing.
