On Tuesday, February 21 at 1830 hrs, a suspect removed a package from the victim’s doorstep in the 8600 block of Jennrich Ave. in Westminster and fled in a silver Dodge Caliber or similar model.
Suspect: Male, Asian, 50-60 years old, 5 foot 6 inches, 150 pounds, gray hair, gray jacket, white shirt, dark pants, wearing a blue surgical mask, and white/black shoes.
