While you were sleeping… at around 4:45 this morning, a police officer happened upon a vehicle in the area of El Camino Park, according to the Tustin Police Department.

Upon conducting a traffic stop, the officer discovered the driver to be on Federal Probation for firearms possession.

During a search of the car, the officer located a number of indicators of criminal activity. Some of these include, cut locks, tools which could be used to conduct a burglary, car parts, and a Super73 e-bicycle.

What was quite fortuitous for the investigation was the presence of a lock, still on the bike. Shockingly the future arrestee did not possess the key!

The possessor of the aforementioned items was later arrested and the bicycle was collected.

If this is your bicycle, the Tustin Police Department would love to speak with you and return your property.

If you recognize this suspect from your surveillance cameras committing any additional crimes, they would like to talk to you about that as well.

Please contact the Tustin Police Department at 714-573-3200 and refer to case number 24-03530.
