On 11/11/2023, at approximately 7 p.m., two female suspects entered a local retail store and concealed several items under their skirts and in their handbags.

When they were approached by a manager who requested they return the items, Suspect #1 threw some of the items in the manager’s direction.

The suspects then left the store without paying for the rest of the concealed merchandise.

These suspects have been involved in several incidents of theft throughout the Orange County area.

  • Suspect #1: Female, Eastern Europe or Middle Eastern decent, 50-60 years old, brown/reddish hair, wearing a black cardigan and floral dress.
  • Suspect #2: Female, Eastern Europe or Middle Eastern decent, mid-20s, long black hair, wearing a black shirt, and long black skirt.
