On July 24, 2022, at approximately 6:36PM, the suspect followed the adult victim into a men’s public restroom. While in the restroom stall, the victim saw the suspect on his knees and exposing his genitalia from under the stall partition.
Will you still vote for Sarmiento even though his family is suing the City of Santa Ana?
The victim ran out of the bathroom and reported the incident to security who called the Santa Ana Police Department.
