The SAPD arrested two suspects who had over 450 grams of meth in their vehicle and motel room

Earlier this week, SAPD Directed Enforcement officers were conducting proactive enforcement in the area of 1500 E. 1st St. when they stopped a vehicle in a motel parking lot.

The driver, found to have a suspended license, admitted to possessing narcotics.

During their investigation, the officers located approximately 28 grams of methamphetamine in the vehicle and an additional 435 grams inside the driver’s motel room.

Two suspects were arrested and booked at the Santa Ana Jail on narcotics charges.
