Irvine Police Detectives are seeking help from the public to identify a serial burglar who has been stealing from Target stores throughout Southern California.
This prolific thief uses various methods to commit his crimes. He has taken items directly off shelves and returned them at the return counter.
Earlier this month, he brazenly grabbed an Apple iPad from a Target employee and then ran out of the store.
