South O.C. catalytic converter thieves nabbed for driving a vehicle with no license plates

Last night, O.C. Sheriff deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no license plates. Memo to criminals – don’t drive around with vehicles that lack license plates!

During the stop, the deputies discovered burglary tools and multiple catalytic converters inside the vehicle.

Further investigation also uncovered clothing used by the suspects to conceal their identities. Both subjects were arrested and are now in custody.

This is another example of the OC Sheriff’s commitment to keeping San Clemente safe! If you see something suspicious, don’t hesitate to report it to your local police. Together, we can protect our community!
