On June 15, 2020 at approximately 7:12 am, the suspect confronted the victim at the 400 Block of E. Civic Center Dr., in Santa Ana, and told him to return the suspect’s bike.

The victim did not understand what the suspect was talking about, because the victim was walking his two dogs and did not have a bike. The suspect appeared to be under the influence and continued yelling at the victim about the bike. The victim walked home to avoid a confrontation, but the suspect followed him and punched the victim several times in the head. The victim fought back and the suspect fled the scene.

Suspect Description: M/H/A; 5’7”- 5’10”; 20-25 years old; slender build; long black hair; Gray shirt over a black long sleeve shirt; black Anaheim Ducks logo hat; beige pants; gray backpack; and frequents the neighborhood, may be a transient.
