Advisory: Orange County Marathon Road Closures in Costa Mesa
This Sunday, May 3, 2015, is the Orange County Marathon. This year’s race will end at the Orange County Fair and Event Center. There will be several road closures in effect on Sunday throughout Costa Mesa.
Some of the major street closures include:
- Newport Blvd. – northbound from Fair Dr. to Mesa Dr.
- Newport Blvd. – southbound left turn only at Mesa Dr.
- Santa Ana Ave. – southbound from Bristol St. to Mesa Dr.
- Red Hill Ave. – southbound from Main St. to Baker St.
- Bear St. – northbound from South Coast Dr. to Sunflower Ave.
- Adams Ave. – eastbound from Placentia Ave. to Mesa Verde Dr. East
- Placentia Ave. – northbound from Estancia High School to Oriole Dr.
- Fairview Rd. – northbound from Fair Dr. to Merrimac Way.
