Dietrich Lee Arthur Hudson, a 43-year-old man, has been arrested and charged after a road rage incident and hit-and-run in Garden Grove.

Hudson is facing seven felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon and two misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run with property damage.

Hudson pleaded not guilty and he was scheduled for a pretrial hearing on July 25.

Hudson allegedly crashed into the rear of another car a few times in a road-rage incident at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday at Euclid Street and Garden Grove Boulevard, according to the police.

The other vehicle had seven people in it.

Hudson was also accused of an unrelated hit-and-run accident a short time before the alleged road rage incident, according to the police.

No one was injured in either of the collisions.

The police did not divulge Hudson’s city of residence however court records show that he was involved in a divorce case back in 2018, in San Bernardino.
