Garden Grove man arrested for indecent exposure and peeping incidents

Over the last seven months, police detectives had been investigating a series of peeping/indecent exposure cases, according to the Garden Grove Police Department.

During these incidents, the suspect, later identified as Juan Ramirez-Bolanos (42 years-old, of Garden Grove), would seek out residential homes with visible and street accessible windows, prior to approaching them. He would then peep into the windows, while exposing himself.

These incidents usually occurred during evening hours, under the cover of darkness.

On September 19, 2024, Ramirez-Bolanos was taken into custody for multiple violations.

We are seeking additional victims of similar indecent exposure/peeping incidents. If you have been the victim or know somebody who may have been, please contact Det. Lazenby at (714) 741-5818.
