Community: Community Budget Hearings

The community is invited to participate in the upcoming Community Budget Hearings. The hearings will provide an overview of the upcoming 2015-16 Budget, Strategic Plan update and the Capital Improvement Program. This will be an opportunity for the community to provide input and priorities in the budget process.

Please join us at one of the following:

• Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. – John Adams Elementary School (2130 S. Raitt Street)
• Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. – Communication Linkages Forum Meeting at the Santa Ana Police Department Community Room (60 Civic Center Plaza)
• Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 6:15 p.m. – Newhope Library Learning Center (122 N. Newhope Street)

Our Editor, Art Pedroza, worked at the O.C. Register and the OC Weekly and studied journalism at CSUF and UCI. He has lived in Santa Ana for over 30 years and has served on several city and county commissions. When he is not writing or editing Pedroza specializes in risk control and occupational safety. He also teaches part time at Cerritos College and CSUF. Pedroza has an MBA from Keller University.
