This morning, March 22nd, at approximately 4 AM, Elena Arenas walked away from her residence in the area of the 900 block of S. Cedar Street.
She suffers from dementia and is Spanish speaking only.

Description: Female, Hispanic, 5’1″ tall, 120 lbs., last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants and red shoes holding her brown Terrier dog.
