A suspect found out the hard way that committing crimes in Irvine is a bad idea.

Irvine police officers pursued the suspect, who was spotted in a stolen car, and finally were able to arrest him, on Saturday.

Turns out the suspect had narcotics in the car and was driving on a suspended license.

The suspect is now at the Orange County Jail. He is facing several felony charges including driving while under the influence.
