Tustin Police Department officers responded to Edinger Ave west of Jamboree Rd. for a traffic collision last Friday . The involved vehicle was traveling eastbound on Edinger Ave west when the driver lost control and collided into two trees in the median.

Debris from the collision hit another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, but the occupants of that vehicle were uninjured.

The driver was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

It appears speed was a factor in the collision and this is a great reminder to drive at speeds safe for the prevailing conditions.
