Moreno has been diagnosed with Schizophrenia Disorder and is prescribed Paxil, and Burpropion to maintain stability. Moreno has no concept of time, when not medicated he will go without eating or drinking for several days. He frequents libraries and locations with internet access. He also frequents the areas near Disneyland (Downtown Disney).
