The traffic signal lights at Fairview Street and Westminster Avenue and W. 17th Street are out in all directions due to a Southern California Edison (SCE) power outage caused by a traffic accident. Both SCE crews and the City of Santa Ana traffic signal maintenance contractor are working on the light power repairs. Temporary stop signs have been installed in all directions of the intersection. The signal lights are anticipated to be fully operating later today.
