Patrol Officers contacted a male and female in a vehicle within an area frequented by criminal street gang members, according to the Tustin Police Department.
The male was a convicted felon and on probation. Officers discovered evidence of graffiti, gang indicia, and a handgun with a loaded magazine within the vehicle.
Both suspects were arrested and booked into Orange County Jail.
