The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of Dec. 5 to Dec. 13. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved.

  • John’s Chinese Food, 12506 Westminster Ave., Santa Ana, Closed: Dec. 10, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Dec. 11
  • Z’s Kitchen, 3138 E. Chapman Ave., Suite B, Orange, Closed: Dec. 12, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Yigah, 8562 Garden Grove Blvd., Garden Grove, Closed: Dec. , Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Dec. 6
  • Starbucks Coffee, 226 Marine Drive, Newport Beach, Closed: Dec. 10, Reason: Sewage overflow, Reopened: Dec. 10
  • Zack’s, 405 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, Closed: Dec. 10, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Dec. 11
