On 10/12/2020, at approximately 5 AM, Thien Nguyen walked out of his residence in an unknown direction. Nguyen suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s. He is non-verbal and in need of medication.
Description: Male, Vietnamese, 5’2”, 110 lbs., gray hair, brown eyes.
