The SAPD arrested a gangbanger and two juveniles on gun and gang charges

SAPD gang detectives were conducting a patrol check at the area of 1500 N. Durant St. when they contacted three known gangbangers, who were loitering about a mile from the SAPD headquarters.

When the police officers contacted the gangbangers one of them, an adult, tried to flee, but of course he did not get too far.

That male suspect was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm. He was arrested and then booked at the Santa Ana City Jail.

Two juvenile gangbangers were also arrested and booked at the Orange County Juvenile Hall on firearm-related charges and gang enhancements. What a nice gift to their families the week before Thanksgiving…
