A female suspect appears to have been preparing for her “close-up” when she stole over $4,000 in cosmetics from the Ulta Beauty store on Jamboree, according to the Irvine Police Department.
She might think she is in the clear but the Irvine Police reminded all that “As we have said before, “it is hard to conceal crime in Irvine.”
The suspect has long dark hair and dark eyes. She was wearing a black shirt and black pants during the theft. She somewhat resembles Amy Winehouse.
