Santa Ana man charged with sexually assaulting two girls

Felix Sanchez, a 50-year-old man, was charged on Monday with sexually assaulting two girls in Santa Ana.

Sanchez is facing felony charges of nine counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor younger than 14 and six counts of oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years or younger.

He was accused of sexually assaulting one of the girls in 2016 and the other girl in 2020 and last year, according to the OCDA.

Sanchez was supposed to be arraigned on Monday but that was rescheduled for Sept. 28 in the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana. Sanchez is being held on $1 million bail.
