At approx 8:45 p.m., on Saturday night, 35 OCFA firefighters responded to the 1400 block of Walnut Ave. and found a well involved carport with multiple vehicles on fire.

The fire damaged or destroyed the carport, and approx 13 vehicles.

OCFA firefighters prevented the fire from extending into the building.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

The damage to the structure and the cars was deemed to be approximately $450,000.
