Elena Arenas has been located and safely reunited with her family with the assistance of Orange Police Department, according to the SAPD.
This morning, March 22nd, at approximately 4 AM, Elena Arenas walked away from her residence in the area of the 900 block of S. Cedar Street.
She suffers from dementia and is Spanish speaking only.
