Join Fellow Constituents in Participating in a Unique Budget-Related Forum

Dear Constituent,

I would like every constituent of mine to know about an excellent opportunity to participate in a budget forum that is being held in Garden Grove.

You are invited to participate in the forum either in person or through the live webcast.

The live website address is: http://www.asmdc.org/issues/budget/.

Friday, April 30th 2010, at 4 P.M.
The City of Garden Grove
Community Meeting Center
11300 Stanford Avenue
Garden Grove, CA 92840

Please RSVP by clicking here or call (714) 939-8469.

This budget forum has been designed for you: so you will get an opportunity to learn how the state budget is constructed, what, if any flexibility there is in allocating finite state resources and listening to the decisions you would like us to make regarding the Governor’s state budget proposals.

This is an unprecedented opportunity for you to be engaged in the state budget process within our representative democratic framework. I hope you will join me in this endeavor! If you are unable to participate on Friday, feel free to check the website for additional forum dates and times.

Sincerely,

Assembly Member Jose Solorio
