While on patrol, a Tustin Police Department officer located a vehicle wanted for carjacking in the area of Irvine Blvd and Yorba St.

Additional police officers arrived to assist in this high-risk traffic stop. The driver, Francisco Guillen, was taken into custody without incident.

Within the vehicle, officers located a non-serialized semi-automatic handgun, high capacity magazines, indicia of drug sales, numerous identification cards and credit cards, and other prohibited weapons.

Guillen was arrested and booked at OCJ for multiple felony charges.
