Thw SAPD has responded to a home where a burglary and kidnapping suspect is thought to be barricaded.

Police responded to the 2000 block of West 11th Street at around 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday after the male suspect reportedly tried to get into the home, according to the SAPD.

The police officers found out that the same suspect had tried to get into a mobile home park in another part of the city earlier in the day.

The man eventually got into a home in the park and allegedly forced a victim to drive him to the second location.

The victim then dropped the suspect off and left.

The suspect is believed to be armed, but the police do no believe anyone else is inside the home with him.
