The jay walking laws have change now we will have accidents like this. Newland and Hazard has been a hazarded street forever .The right turn traveling South should only be right turn only. The right turn on Hazard traveling East should be only right turn too .I talk to Mr. Lee Paul with traffic for the County for years on the heavy traffic since I own property on Newland Many minor accidents happen daily but Police don’t want to be bother if no one is hurt-injury so doesn’t get reported until there death so unfair as we pay for or safety, Our County doesn’t give us the same service as the rich City’s as Huntington Beach and other cities. That also applies to our street cleaning Midway City doesn’t ticket for all the cars out on street sweeping. Westminster does big time with officer following the sweeping truck. Our Midway City is looking like the ghettoes of other poor cities yet we pay our Taxes
