A man stole $1.4K worth of items from cars parked at an Irvine apartment complex

A man is suspected of stealing $1,400 worth of items from cars in the Alton Apartments parking structure on the morning of July 27, according to the Irvine Police Department.

The suspect has a tattoo with numbers on his left calf and he was wearing a white gold chain.
