On Saturday night, an officer working an enforcement detail in the north end of town recognized a man with outstanding warrants arriving home with his family, according to the Irvine Police Department.
Andrey Christopher Hicks, 40, of Irvine, was arrested and booked at Orange County Jail for Irvine PD warrants related to money laundering, grand theft, and fraud.
Detectives are investigating additional cases involving Hick.
