The traffic signal lights at Dyer Road and Pullman Street are out in all directions due to a Southern California Edison (SCE) power outage. Both SCE crews and the City of Santa Ana traffic signal maintenance contractor are working on the light power repairs. The signal lights are anticipated to be fully operating later today.
